About Me
Lorraine Argo, CCHt
Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Specializing in Healthcare Provider Burnout Recovery
Introduction
Lorraine Argo is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist dedicated to helping individuals create meaningful and lasting change through the power of the subconscious mind. Through clinical hypnotherapy, Lorraine works with clients seeking support with stress, anxiety, confidence, personal growth, habit change, and many other challenges that can interfere with living a fulfilling life.
By working at the subconscious level, hypnotherapy can help release limiting patterns, reduce stress, and support clients in creating healthier emotional and behavioral responses.
In addition to working with a wide range of personal challenges, Lorraine also offers a specialized program for healthcare professionals experiencing stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout. As a Healthcare Provider Burnout Recovery Specialist, she provides targeted support for nurses, physicians, and frontline healthcare providers who want to restore resilience, reconnect with their purpose, and regain balance in their demanding professional lives.
Lorraine’s mission is to create a supportive and empowering environment where clients can access their inner resources, overcome obstacles, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and well-being.
She received her professional training from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI) in Tarzana, California, the nation’s first nationally accredited college of hypnotherapy. While there, she completed the advanced training course in Body–Mind Psychology, a specialized program that explores how subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, and life experiences influence behavior, health, and personal development.
Her approach to hypnotherapy is calm, supportive, and client-centered. Lorraine believes that every person already possesses the inner resources needed for change, and that clinical hypnotherapy can help clients access those resources by working directly with the subconscious mind—where many habits, emotional responses, and belief patterns are formed.
